This app links you directly to your candidate profile and management of shifts along with the functions below: • View future and past bookings – View future and past shifts • Receive and accept booking placements – Receive and accept shifts • Manage your availability to work – Add your availability • View payslips (only available if your recruitment company also uses Enrolpay Payroll) – all good • View the personal details held against you – View your personal details • Contact details of your lead consultant – Contact details of your consultant Geolocation Information We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s) to provide the following location-based services: • Locating the venue at which you will be working. • Locating the appropriate entrance you should use when attending/exiting the venue at which you will be working. • Enabling you to plan your route to the venue at which you will be working. • Facilitating/ recording the time of arrival/departure at the venue at which you will be working. This will enable your hours of work to be recorded and paid. The data gathered from accessing your location will only be utilized for the purposes outlined above. They will not be shared with any other party apart from your employer. Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to use the following functionality on your mobile device: • Calendar – to enable a reminder to be placed in your calendar for Offers of Work you have accepted. • Camera – to take images of your signed timesheets to enable payment to be processed for hours you have worked. To enable capturing of QR codes at venues where you are working which are utilized for time and attendance. This will enable payments to be processed for hours you have worked. The data gathered from accessing your Calendar/Camera will only be utilized for the purposes outlined above. They will not be shared with any other party apart from your employer. Reminders and Notifications. These are only utilized in relation to making offers of work, confirmation of work and reminders to attend work. As the App holds sensitive data please contact your recruitment consultant to activate access to the Berkeley Scott Group Workers App once you have downloaded it to your device.

Timegate+ This is a mobile application compatible with the web application Timegate+ or Timegate (cloud-hosted). Timegate+ is the leading Global Workforce Management solution for field service workers. The Timegate+ mobile app has all the functionality needed to efficiently manage your workload from a mobile device. ● Start and stop shifts ● Ensure employee safety ● Raise incidents or escalations ● Conduct service responsibilities such as tasks and tours The app also provides access to your employee portal, which allows you to book time off, view your schedule, look for new shifts, make requests, raise queries, view company announcements and more. * *Subject to the security policies of your employer, not all features may be available to you. Install Guide: Timegate+ requires mobile systems iOS 11.0 or newer 1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update. 2. Install or reinstall Timegate+ from the store. 3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate+ app is allowed to access your device's location services. 4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team. Timegate+ uses GPS capabilities through an optional heartbeat monitoring feature that managers can enable to track employee locations in real-time during field shifts to ensure that if an emergency occurs or an SOS call is raised as manager has the employees last known location and can relay that information to the appropriate authorities in law-enforcement for the safety of the employee. When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
