Verdict
ChatWallpapers and NovaWidget both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 65% of ChatWallpapers's written reviews are positive against 18% of NovaWidget's. ChatWallpapers also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). NovaWidget's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.
