The app simplifies the planning of maintenance and preventive maintenance. INVENTIRE - Capture inventories easily, quickly, and securely. The captured data can be synchronized with the INVENTIRE web application on your own server or in the cloud. In no time, a fully updated inventory list is created. Additionally, INVENTIRE offers data exchange via CSV and interfaces to popular ERP systems such as SAP, Diamant/3 and Diamant/4, MS Navision, MS AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, DATEV, Wilken, Orbis, UNIT4, Sage, MACH, Drink IT, and many more. Inventory management has never been so enjoyable! Beyond inventory management, INVENTIRE can also be used for managing low-value assets (LVA), monitoring devices subject to DGUV V3 compliance, tracking warranty and maintenance periods, managing art objects, and handling various other types of inventory. Inventory items can be scanned using barcodes or QR codes and automatically enriched with location information, photos, or documents. Inventorying is even faster with RFID technology: simply extend your smartphone with an RFID antenna and capture RFID-tagged inventory wirelessly. The duration of RFID inventorying depends only on how fast the user can move! INVENTIRE also works entirely offline, so a constant network connection is not required.
