Proplanum is an app for shift workers and their managers. Schedule, time tracking, leave requests and team communication in one place — no paper rotas, no calling your manager to ask when you work next. YOUR SCHEDULE, ALWAYS WITH YOU See your shifts for today, this week and the whole month. Check who works alongside you and at which location. Every schedule change reaches you as a notification. TIME TRACKING Start and end your shift from your phone, log a break, check your total hours. The timesheet view shows exactly how much you have worked in the current settlement period. LEAVE AND ABSENCE REQUESTS Request annual leave, care leave or any other absence — pick the type, the dates or hours and the approver. Track the status in your list and get the decision as a notification. AVAILABILITY Tell your manager when you can and cannot work. Whoever builds the schedule sees your input and plans around it. OPEN SHIFTS AND SWAPS Claim an open shift or offer a swap to a colleague. Everything goes through your manager for approval. CHAT AND TASKS Talk to your team without sharing private phone numbers. Receive tasks and mark them as done. WORKS OFFLINE Your schedule and timesheet stay available out of coverage. Anything you record syncs automatically once you are back online. FOR MANAGERS Location Managers and Supervisors see live staffing, review requests and react to gaps in cover from their phone. SIGNING IN Your employer creates your account. After the first sign-in you can enable Face ID or Touch ID. Proplanum requires an active account in an organisation using the Proplanum system.
