100 Days of Running (HDOR) is a global fitness movement started in 2015 with a simple goal - to help people make running and physical activity a part of their everyday lives. The challenge is built around consistency, discipline and community. For 100 days, participants commit to staying active, building healthier habits and pushing themselves a little further each day. The 2026 edition begins on 10 October 2026 and is expected to bring together more than 50,000 participants from India and around the world, making HDOR one of the largest multi-day fitness challenges of its kind. HDOR is not about being the fastest runner. It is about showing up, staying committed and making movement a habit - whether you are taking your first steps towards fitness or already an experienced runner.
