Most goal apps are lists. Goals is a coach. Meet the Growth Coach — a new kind of AI coach that doesn't just talk. It builds with you: share what you're working toward and the coach creates the goal, breaks it into steps, designs tiny habits around it, sets reminders, checks you in, and tracks your pace — all from conversation, always yours to confirm. And it coaches the way the best books do. The coach knows 16 research-backed methods and applies the right one to your situation: • Atomic Habits & Tiny Habits — start small, stay consistent • CBT thinking tools — for the thoughts that get in the way • Deep Work & Flow — protect and train your focus • Getting Things Done & SMART goals — get organized for real • Stoic practice, Self-compassion, Grit, The ONE Thing, and more READ THE METHOD, THEN PRACTICE IT The Practice Library is a shelf of beautiful, magazine-style guides — each method's key idea drawn as a real figure, its moving parts, golden lines from the authors, worked examples, and a "try this now" you can hand straight to your coach. TRACK WHAT MATTERS • Goals with progress, pace per day, and a projected finish • Habits with rings, streaks, and live routines you can run step by step • Your own life areas, colors, and photo backgrounds • A calendar of everything — including the days you worked with your coach PRIVATE BY DESIGN Coach chats are saved on your device, not in your account. Your history shows how much you practiced — never what you said. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Fully localized in 17 languages. The coach speaks yours. Free to start: up to 20 goals and 8 habits. Pro removes the limits. Every account includes free coach messages. Start with what's on your mind — and build from there.

About

Propellon

Propellon is the companion app for the Propellon Beacon — a Bluetooth device that automatically blocks distracting apps when you sit down to work. This app requires the Propellon Beacon hardware to function. The beacon is sold separately at getpropellon.com. HOW IT WORKS Place your Propellon Beacon on your desk. When your iPhone detects the beacon signal, Propellon applies Screen Time shields to your selected apps, blocking them at the OS level. Walk away from your desk, and they unlock automatically. No manual switching. No willpower required. WHAT YOU CAN CONFIGURE · Choose which apps to block per focus session · Create multiple groups (Work, Study, Deep Focus) · Set schedules — only block during specific days and hours · Adjust detection sensitivity with two-point zone calibration · Set lock and unlock delay (1–10 seconds) PRIVACY Propellon has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything stays on your device. Bluetooth and location data are processed locally and never transmitted. Location permission (Always On) is required because Apple routes iBeacon detection through CoreLocation. No GPS coordinates are read or stored. Terms of Service: https://getpropellon.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://getpropellon.com/privacy REQUIREMENTS · Propellon Beacon (required — sold at getpropellon.com) · iPhone running iOS 17 or later · Screen Time permission · Location permission set to Always
