Tensor FRC vs easyLog Roll Call

The Tensor FRC app is compatible with Tensor.NET & SSM web service v4.2.0.61 and above, registered with a FRC serial number. The Tensor FRC app provides the following functionality. • the app displays a refreshable list of employees, within a selected fire point, who are booked ON site for fire roll call purposes. • the app also displays a refreshable list of employees who have booked OFF site within a configurable time period. • the user can book a person OFF site directly from the app. Direct communication commands immediately update the status of booked off personnel at clocks and access controllers. • visitors, contractors and visiting employees are included in the app's on / off site lists when Tensor.NET is registered with a WinMCVS serial number. • on or off site personnel can be searched for by all or part of their surname. • full contact details, including name, telephone numbers, photographic image and the time and status of the last site booking, are available for each person on or off site. • the resident site and department is shown for employees. • the visitor company and appointment host details are shown for visitors. • personnel can be immediately contacted by voice call or email using live links in their contact details. • a fire marshal may browse the personnel allocated to any fire point available within their user's assigned site. • lists of on or off site personnel can be filtered by type; employee, visitor, contractor or visiting employee.

This app requires easyLog back end server based software and does not work stand-alone. The app allows a simple attendance monitoring functionality or can be extended to allow a foreman or supervisor to clock staff in or out from a site.
