Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EnglishScore at 4.6 against Richmond Learning Platform's 1.1. EnglishScore also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 13%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months). Richmond Learning Platform's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
