Digiway BLE vs DT Connect

Digiway BLE is an App, mainly for installers, that allows the Bluetooth connection between a Smartphone or a Tablet and the operator for swing doors CDVI, type Digiway Plus or Digiway-SR, on suited equipped models. The APP allows displaying the LCD of the Digiway’s electronic card on the screen of the mobile device and access remotely to the main control buttons of the operator's electronic card. Through this connection, it is possible to access the main configuration parameters of the control card, both during the initial setup of the device and during the periodic service interventions, without direct access to the electronic card. The mobile device, if properly configured with an additional software, acting as a gateway, allows also remote access to the Digiway to specialized technicians, for more specific calibration interventions or troubleshooting. Each Digiway, equipped with the relevant Bluetooth module, communicates with the APP in Bluetooth BLE 4.2. The APP scans and lists all the Digiway in the Bluetooth range (max 10m ); it allows, however, the connection to only one device at a time. The connection to each device, whose name can be edited, is authorized by a password of 5 alphanumeric characters. The App also allows downloading the operator's manual from a specific website of the manufacturer. The characters of the application are the western standard characters; however, the APP allows displaying the LCD display messages translated into Cyrillic characters.

A report is automatically created in the app as testing is carried out, combining all the data needed to prove testing has taken place and confirming the status of each detector: Location of site Details of detectors Result & time of each test date of test Name of engineer Once a test job is closed the report is automatically uploaded to the cloud portal, ready to analyse and share with your client.
