Verdict
Ижица and MTPROXY both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 78% of Ижица's written reviews are positive against 10% of MTPROXY's. Ижица also leads on ads (none vs shown). MTPROXY's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 19 months). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ижица sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. MTPROXY asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Ижица against 4.5 for MTPROXY. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MTPROXY has 169 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 78% of Ижица's written reviews are positive against 10% of MTPROXY's.
Ижица ships an update every 19 months, MTPROXY weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
