It allows patients, providers, dietitians, and other clinicians to connect securely as well as create treatment plans for better organization of chronic diseases. It aims to reduce office visits to the doctor's office and create a new method of operation involving patients actively as part of their own treatment plans. In addition, it also integrated seamlessly with your Health App data and the Health Kit App. These kinds of integrations allow more accurate planning of treatment plans for the patients.
