About

NotDone

Started isn't done. NotDone walks everyday tasks through each step, with timers and alerts, until they're actually finished. Laundry goes from washing (timer + alert) to the dryer, drying, folding and putting away, so nothing sits forgotten halfway. Built-in steps for laundry, dishes, returns and refunds, prescriptions, free trials and more, or make your own. No account needed. HOW IT WORKS • Start a built-in process or create your own custom process • Follow each step as it becomes relevant • Use timers, waiting periods, deadlines, and confirmations • See what needs your attention now and what is still in progress • Finish an item when real life moves faster than the app • Cancel an item without counting it as completed BUILT FOR REAL LIFE NotDone includes processes for things like: • Laundry • Dishwasher • Returns and refunds • Free trials • Prescriptions • Deliveries • Home repairs • Service pickups • Borrowed and lent items • Waiting for a reply • Charging TIMERS AND REMINDERS Get a nudge when the washer's done, the dryer's done, or a refund deadline is coming up. Timers keep running even when the app is in the background, and supported timers can appear as Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Notifications are optional. NotDone still works without them. SIMPLE BY DESIGN NotDone is not another project manager or traditional to-do list. There are no boards, priorities, backlogs, or productivity systems to maintain. Home shows what needs you and what is still in progress. Start is where you begin a process. History shows what you actually finished. PRIVATE AND LOCAL-FIRST NotDone does not require an account for its core experience. Your processes and history are stored locally on your iPhone. FREE TO USE NotDone is free with up to 5 open items at a time. NotDone Plus removes the 5-item limit and unlocks unlimited open items. Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options are available.
