Easy Maint Request vs SoftExpert Maintenance

******************************************************** Important: This application requires that your company have a valid EasyMaint maintenance software license and provide a user account. ******************************************************** EasyMaint Request allows you to create maintenance requests for EasyMaint, assign them a priority, include photos of the problem and send messages directly to EasyMaint. You can receive updates on the status of your maintenance request, know the assigned work order number and the scheduled service date. The application will allow you to send and receive messages and photographs as necessary to keep in constant contact with EasyMaint administrators. You can browse through your maintenance requests or work orders to review all the details and at the end of the maintenance work you can evaluate the work done, assign a qualification and sign your work authorization. All information will be registered in EasyMaint immediately.

This application allows the user to perform maintenance activities online and offline from Softexpert SE Suite. The functionality will allow the technician to perform maintenance even without a network connection, allowing data synchronization later.
