Rhythm Co is a music-driven movement studio built around rhythm, community and shared movement. Our cycling classes blend choreography, resistance, and endurance in a beat-based ride that moves as one. Off the bike, beat-based sculpt classes use dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight to build full-body strength and flow classes balance strength in body and mind. Expect low lights, strong playlists, and an experience that feels like more than a workout. Use the app to book classes, manage your schedule, and stay connected to Rhythm Co.
