From the Wise Warrior Boxing training family, this app keeps the essentials: clear countdowns, bell cues, and workouts you can customize in seconds. WHO IT'S FOR: • Boxers, wrestlers, and other combat sport athletes running round/rest intervals • MMA and martial arts training sessions • HIIT and conditioning work in timed bursts • Coaches who want a simple timer running with a few taps without complicated setup, accounts, or hustle. BUILT-IN PRESETS — START IN ONE TAP: • Boxing — 3-minute rounds / 1-minute rest • MMA — 5-minute rounds / 1-minute rest • HIIT — 20-second work / 15-second rest Each preset supports unlimited rounds — the timer keeps cycling work and rest until you reset. Perfect for long pad sessions, sparring blocks, or open-ended conditioning. CUSTOM WORKOUTS: Build your own profile from scratch or edit any preset as a starting template: • Name your workout • Set round count — or turn on Unlimited Rounds • Choose work and rest duration (seconds or minutes) • Add a warning cue before each phase ends (10 or 30 seconds, or off) • Optional lead-in countdown before Round 1 (15, 30, or 60 seconds) Save custom workouts to your Home screen, edit them anytime, and start fast when you're ready to train. TIMER EXPERIENCE: • Large, readable countdown during lead-in, rounds, and rest • Round display that stays clear even on long sessions • Bell sound cues at transitions and warnings (can be turned off) • Optional haptic feedback on phase changes • Optional keep-screen-awake while the timer is running — so you don't lose the clock mid-round • Reset when you're done; leaving the timer ends the session cleanly SETTINGS & PRIVACY: Your saved workouts and preferences stay on this device only.
