Restaurant quality isn't static - reviews shouldn't be either. Mean Reviews is a new way to log food and drink places with people whose tastes you trust! Instead of a subjective 5-star system that is based off of experiences that may be outdated, Mean Reviews logs individual visits (stacking over time), based off a simple question: "Was it great or not?" Know a place that makes a MEAN pastrami? Do you think that hot spot downtown is just AVERAGE? Had a dinner experience the other night that just made you MAD? Tell it like it is on MEAN REVIEWS!

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Mean Reviews at every 5 days against 5Cs Menu's monthly. Mean Reviews also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). 5Cs Menu's advantage is ratings volume (205 vs 5) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
