EN: uncling is a private tool for loosening your grip on attachment, relationship pull, habits, or emotional loops. When you really want to contact someone, return to an old habit, or act from an intense urge, uncling gives you one simple next step: make it through this wave, write the message without sending it, record what happened, and slowly see the distance you have already created. Main features: - Today: small daily actions for body, thoughts, lifestyle, and rebuilding your own attention. - SOS cooldown: track urge intensity, breathe through the moment, and complete a short grounding checklist. - Unsent letters: write what you want to say, keep it local, and do not send it right away. - Recovery map: review cooldowns, unsent letters, trigger labels, and gentle progress signals. - Private profile: manage your current focus, language, privacy promise, and future feature placeholders. The first version of uncling is local-first. Sensitive content is saved on your device by default. No account is required, and records are not uploaded to a server. Pro, AI, Face ID lock, export, and subscription-related surfaces shown in the app are future feature placeholders only. They do not trigger real purchases, subscriptions, permissions, or external AI services in this version. uncling does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in immediate danger or need professional support, please contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified professional.
