KnoCard is your go-to platform for seamless business networking and referral management. Sync Phone Contacts: Enables easy sharing of KnoCard links, referrals, social posts, and media files through users mobile carrier Add New Prospect: New prospect info is added, reported, and dropped into pipeline through multiple options. Scan & Share: OCR technology is utilized to enable users to add a new prospect by scanning a physical business card. The system creates a new contact, saves a picture of the card, drops the contact into New Prospects reporting screen, adds new contact to the Pipeline, and sends a web app link to contact vis text message. QR Codes: QR codes include an optional lead generation form. If submitted, KnoCard creates a new contact, and adds to Reporting and Pipeline. QR code will open link by tapping on a mobile device. Referrals: System enables KnoCard users to seamlessly share referrals, which are dropped into the pipeline of the user who is being referred. Referral recipient is prompted to give consent to be contacted; if granted his contact info will be added to pipeline. Pages and Customization: App and web based setup screens provide a WYSIWYG experience for users to create a unique, personalized marketing tool through customization of the following pages: Profile: Profile pic, background, business info, meta tags. Mobile number and location display as clickable links to viewers, and meta tags will be used in community searches. Media: Add images, videos PDF files, YouTube links Each media file includes a unique QR code and can be shared as a 1 off file to provide targeted marketing options. Feedback Forms: Feedback forms can be attached to a shared media file. KnoCard user may add a calendar booking link that is presented to viewers whose feedback indicates that they are interested in the products/services being presented. Feedback data is recorded in Reporting and dropped into the pipeline. Social: Business-only social platform with text, photos, videos, link, like, comment, and sharing functionality. Pin up to 3 posts to top or add pinned cover post. External Links: Add up to 6 links in 1 central location.
