Vibration — Explore Frequency, Rhythm and Awareness Vibration is an interactive journey through frequency, cycles, and consciousness — combining modern science, intuitive visualisation, and direct inner experience. Rather than only explaining concepts, Vibration allows you to see, hear, and experience how rhythm and energy shape both the outer world and your inner state. FREQUENCY — Sound & Light Explore the connection between sound (Hz) and light (nm): • Smoothly adjust frequency across a wide range
• Visualise sound as a dynamic waveform
 • Experience light as a spectrum of colour
• Understand how frequency and wavelength relate From audible tones to visible light, both follow the same fundamental principles — waves in motion. CYCLES — Your Natural Rhythms Enter your date of birth to explore your current cycles: • Physical
• Emotional
• Mental View your rhythm for today and the surrounding days, and gain insight into natural fluctuations of energy and awareness. Includes background information on cycles of time, from ancient traditions to modern perspectives. CIRCADIAN RHYTHM — Your Daily Flow A 24-hour interactive dial shows your biological cycle: • Real-time position based on your current time
 • Explore any phase of the day by touch
 • Clear explanations of energy, focus, and rest phases Understand when your system is naturally aligned for activity or recovery. RESONANCE — Alignment in Motion Experience the principle of resonance in a simple, visual way: • Adjust a driving frequency
• Observe how systems respond
 • See how alignment increases energy and stability A fundamental concept of physics — made intuitive and interactive. BRAINWAVE STATES — Patterns of Awareness Explore the main brainwave states: • Delta → deep rest
• Theta → meditation and insight
• Alpha → relaxed awareness
 • Beta → active thinking
 • Gamma → integration and clarity Visualise how your state of awareness changes with rhythm and frequency. OM KRIYA — Inner Experience A guided Kriya Yoga session with synchronised visual support: • 19-minute guided practice with timer
 • Chakra-based visual alignment
• Integrated breath, sound, and awareness Includes additional information about the chakra system and access to a full guided session for deeper exploration. A Broader Perspective Across science and ancient traditions, one principle appears again and again: Everything is vibration. • Physics describes frequency and waves
• Ancient systems describe energy and resonance
 • Meditation reveals these processes directly Vibration brings these perspectives together into one coherent and interactive experience. Designed for Exploration Vibration is not a belief system. It is a tool for: • Exploration
• Awareness
• Direct experience Use it to better understand patterns — both around you and within you.
