Verdict
Local vine and OnlyDrams both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Local vine's written reviews are positive against 65% of OnlyDrams's. Local vine also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). OnlyDrams's advantage is ratings volume (9.3K vs 80) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Local vine against 4.9 for OnlyDrams. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OnlyDrams has 9.3K ratings behind it against 80, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Local vine's written reviews are positive against 65% of OnlyDrams's.
Local vine ships an update every 3 months, OnlyDrams fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
