Most workout apps tell you what to do. Strive watches you do it — and makes sure you're doing it right. Strive is the only home workout app that uses your phone's camera to correct your form in real time, count your reps, and build a training plan that evolves with every session. No gym. No equipment. No guesswork. YOUR PLAN, BUILT IN MINUTES Start with a short AI chat. Tell Strive your goals, fitness level, and how much time you have. It builds a fully personalised workout program around you, not a generic template. Before your first workout, Strive uses your phone's camera to run a movement assessment. It evaluates your form, identifies your starting level, and makes sure your very first session is calibrated to your body. Your plan is ready in minutes. Your first workout starts whenever you are. THE ONLY CAMERA-BASED FORM CORRECTION APP This is what makes Strive different from every other home workout app. While you train, Strive's camera AI tracks your body in real time — analysing every squat, push-up, and lunge as you move. It counts your reps automatically and gives you instant form feedback so you can correct mid-set, not after the fact. No wearables. No sensors. Just your phone, propped up, watching your back — literally. Good form means better results and fewer injuries. Strive makes sure you earn every rep. WORKOUTS THAT GROW WITH YOU Strive isn't a static library of videos. It's an adaptive training system. Choose from HIIT, Tabata, circuits, and structured bodyweight sessions. As you improve, Strive adjusts intensity, rest periods, and progression automatically — so your plan stays challenging without becoming overwhelming. Want to master push-ups? Strive's structured push-up progressions build your strength step by step, from your first rep to your best set. The more you train, the smarter your workouts become.
