Equitapp finds the estimated intrinsic value of any given stock using the DCF (discounted cash flow) valuation method. To do so, it derives the intrinsic value from data of four (4) required parameters. The parameters are the 5 year average Free Cash Flow, 5 year Exp EPS Growth, Discount Rate (expected return or cost of equity, purely subjective) and Shares Outstanding. Based on the parameters you enter, it generates an estimated intrinsic value for the stock and market cap. Description of the parameters are provided and how/where to get them, along with steps on how the calculations are done. All of your valuations are saved and editable for you to reference back to, so you can now toss your big Excel spreadsheets. Features include: - Customer Support: 24hr support on any questions and help with valuation - Research: Able to do research in-app through Wall Street Journal and Zacks Investment Research - Push Notifications: Keep you update on what's going on in the stock market - Sharing: Ability to share screenshots of your valuations with friends and family and save them in your Photos

Pressure-test your valuation with: - Reverse DCF for market-implied growth. - Bear, Base, and Bull scenario analysis. - Sensitivity analysis across discount rates and terminal assumptions. - Terminal Value Check for long-term assumption risk. - Fair Value per Share using debt, cash, and diluted shares. - Margin of Safety, Expected Return, Dividend Value, CAGR, Future Value, and Target Buy Price tools. - Enterprise Value, Unlevered FCF, Owner Earnings, and Required Return / WACC builders. - Guided Valuation for choosing a sensible starting method. Save valuations on your device, organize them with notes, tags, favorites, and scenarios, compare saved work, review valuation history, add an investment thesis, and share result cards.
