Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Would You Rather? at 100% against Easy Game's 57%. Would You Rather? also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Easy Game's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (204K vs 9). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Game sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Would You Rather? asks for nothing beyond the download.
Easy Game holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Game has 204K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Would You Rather?'s written reviews are positive against 57% of Easy Game's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
