Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: 14 LIVE at none against Tzofar's shown. 14 LIVE also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Tzofar's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 weeks) and ratings volume (120 vs 22). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
