RunStation
Read full descriptionHide full description
RunStation turns any training session into a full race-style breakdown: every station time, every run split, your ROXZONE, your total — on your wrist, with your phone in the locker. THE FULL BREAKDOWN, EVERY SESSION Per-station times. Per-run splits. Heart rate across the whole hour with the hard parts marked. Transitions totalled as ROXZONE. The kind of report you get on race day, from a Tuesday in the gym. ROXZONE, MEASURED Transitions decide finish times. RunStation times every one — from the moment you stop to the moment you start again — and totals them the way the race does. RESULTS AS A RULER Search any name across 330+ races and over a million finishes. Every split is placed against the field for that division, gender and age group, so a station time reads as a position instead of just a number. Start lists come ranked, with nationality and age group. Race data comes from a public dataset, updated weekly. BUILD THE SESSION YOU'RE ACTUALLY DOING Any combination of the eight race stations and 17 training movements. Distance or time goals per segment, rounds, free reordering. The full race is built in as a template. OR DON'T PLAN AT ALL Start on the watch with nothing loaded and pick each station as you walk up to it. Class rotations, open gym, anything improvised — the same breakdown comes out. THE WATCH DOES THE WORK The watch knows what's next and what's left, counts down your goals, and keeps timing the parts you'd never track yourself. REAL NUMBERS FROM THE MACHINE SkiErg, rower and bike connect over Bluetooth and report their own distance, straight into your splits. YOURS TO KEEP Everything writes to Apple Health. Counts stay editable after the fact. Any plan or result goes out as a whiteboard card — the way it would look written on the gym wall. MOTION LAB (optional) If you opt in, RunStation shares the motion sensor data from your workouts so movement recognition can be improved. No name, no email, no location — a random ID only, and you can turn it off at any time. RunStation is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX or Upsolut Sports AG.
