The TNSWIP mobile application is designed to enhance water management by enabling officials to update real-time data on water availability and quality in Minor Irrigation Tanks across the state. It facilitates reporting of encroachments and solid waste accumulation near water bodies, ensuring timely action. The app integrates satellite-based land-use monitoring, allowing officials to geotag and validate detected changes within their jurisdiction. All collected data is securely stored in a web portal for further analysis, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable water governance.
