Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WIAA Live at 4.5 against NWC Network's 3.0. WIAA Live also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (210 vs 2). NWC Network's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
