Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Vámonos at none against Dramatik's 10. Vámonos also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Dramatik's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (26 vs 5). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dramatik sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Vámonos asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Vámonos against 5.0 for Dramatik. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dramatik has 26 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
Vámonos ships an update every 2 months, Dramatik every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
