Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Shared Playlist at 5.0 against Value's 3.6. Shared Playlist also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Value's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Value sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Shared Playlist asks for nothing beyond the download.
Shared Playlist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Value has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
