MANTAPP es un aporte tecnológico del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Manta para la ciudadanía que permite mediante el uso de esta aplicación móvil realizar trámites municipales completamente en línea, pago de tasas y aportes municipales, reportes de incidencias y prestación de servicios a beneficio de la comunidad. MANTAPP es principal canal de comunicación entre la alcaldía y la ciudadanía, permitiendo ser la principal herramienta de control territorial y el medio más eficiente para realizar procesos municipales.
