Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dual Camera at 4.5 against Multicam Pro's 2.6. Dual Camera also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 43%) and ratings volume (81 vs 16). Multicam Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
