Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Selfie at 4.0 against Multicam Pro's 2.6. Multicam Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multicam Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Selfie sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Selfie holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Multicam Pro's written reviews are positive against 40% of Selfie's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Multicam Pro ships an update every 10 days, Selfie monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
