Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Library Notes at none against Bookopedia's 5. Bookopedia's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (22 vs 4). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bookopedia sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Library Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Library Notes against 5.0 for Bookopedia.
