Hococo vs PlanApp

Hococo helps you manage your living situation.

Stuck again on where to go? PlanApp helps you skip the same old spots and discover what's actually around you. Filter by what you're in the mood for —food, drinks, culture, the outdoors...— and the app shows you real places nearby, with photos, ratings and hours. Discover new spots, or the ones you never quite get around to trying. And when the group can't decide, no more endless WhatsApp thread: pitch it to your friends, swipe through the picks Tinder-style, and the most-voted place wins. DISCOVER SOMETHING NEW New or lesser-known spots near you. No more defaulting to the same three places. FILTER BY MOOD Hungry, want drinks, culture, the outdoors, and more — it shows you exactly what you're after. TWO MODES • Now: what's nearby and open right now (or opening soon). • Weekend: the most popular spots in town, for planning ahead. SWIPE AND PICK A deck of cards — swipe through and keep what you like. GROUP ROOMS, LIVE Start a room, share the code, and vote together in real time. With chat and an automatic countdown: when time's up, the most-voted spot wins. VOTE WITHOUT INSTALLING Invite friends who don't have the app — they can vote straight from the link in their browser, no download needed. INTERACTIVE MAP Explore on the map, adjust the search radius, and see places right where they are. YOUR FAVORITES Save the spots you like and your plan history, synced to your account. You can use PlanApp as a guest, no sign-up required. If you create an account (with Apple, Google or email), your favorites and rooms sync across devices — and you can delete it anytime from Settings. Place data provided by Google. Start discovering your next plan. It's closer than you think.
