Through personalized guidance, educational resources, and tailored insights, Wave Health helps you navigate treatment and walk into appointments with a record instead of a recollection. Two ways to use Wave Health Wave Health works as an independent app, or connected to your hospital and care team. Medication Tracking: Stay on schedule with medication reminders to never miss a dose. Review Notifications: Get notified when a submission is reviewed, with any clinician message. Risk-Ranked Auto-Sorting: Automated triage routes low-risk reports away from the queue, with at-risk patients on top. Auto-Close: No-risk submissions close automatically and are hidden from the default inbox, accessible only via filter. Expired/Superseded Logic: A new submission automatically expires any prior unreviewed one, preventing task buildup. Secure Messaging & Follow-Up: Clinicians follow up on submissions for e-prescriptions, treatment changes, and structured escalation.
