Verdict
Avantis OneMix and Show Mix both sit at 2.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Show Mix's written reviews are positive against 50% of Avantis OneMix's. Show Mix also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 16 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Avantis OneMix holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Avantis OneMix's written reviews are positive against 100% of Show Mix's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Avantis OneMix ships an update every 16 months, Show Mix every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
