Dice Out is a helpful app for running a fair craps tournament. After an optional minimum duration, the app will randomly choose a number of players to shoot the dice before ending the tournament. Nobody will know when the tournament will end, so you don't have to worry about a player with a small chip stack getting lucky on the last shooter.
