About

Forge

Forge pairs wake-up alarms with short exercise challenges that help you get out of bed and into motion. Create an alarm, choose squats or push-ups, and set your repetition goal. When the alarm fires, open the wake-up challenge and complete your reps. Forge counts your movement on your iPhone using on-device body-pose detection. FEATURES • Schedule one-time or repeating alarms • Choose squats or push-ups for each alarm • Set a repetition goal that works for you • Follow live progress and form cues during a challenge • Choose from System Default, Dawn, Pulse, and Beacon alarm sounds • Track your completion streak and total repetitions • Use the visible SOS Off control whenever you need to stop immediately PRIVATE BY DESIGN Camera frames and body-pose results are processed on your iPhone. Forge does not create an account, show ads, track you, or upload your camera data. Forge uses Apple's AlarmKit for alarms and Vision for on-device body-pose analysis. Alarm delivery remains subject to iOS system behavior and settings.
