Sistem BICY je brezplačen avtomatiziran sistem za izposojo mestnih koles, ki vključuje 76 koles na 16 izposojevalnih postajah v Velenju in Šoštanju. Zaradi velikega zanimanja za izposojo koles smo v preteklem letu sistem BICY nadgradili z dvema postajama, in sicer v KS Pesje (pri Gasilskem domu Pesje) ter pri Nakupovalnemu centru Velenjka.
