The Orpyx® App is part of the Orpyx Sensory Insole system that helps reduce the risk of lower limb complications such as diabetic foot ulcers. This app works seamlessly with the Orpyx Sensory Insoles to monitor plantar pressure, foot temperature, step count and hours of wear. When sustained foot pressure is detected, you receive a real-time notification along with guidance to offload pressure from the affected area of your foot. The Orpyx Lab app is an all-in-one ordering and 3D scanning platform specifically tailored for Orpyx Sensory Insoles to ensure that an individual’s orthotics achieve an optimal fit. The Orpyx Lab app uses the forward facing FaceID camera, converting an iPad Pro or iPhone X or newer into a 3D scanner. 3D scanning eliminates the hassle of shipping impression boxes for faster delivery times. NOTE: The Orpyx Lab app doesn’t do assessment or medical treatment. The Practitioner will be making any medical decisions and the app is merely a help to capture the geometry of the patient's feet. No patient identifiable data will be saved to the Orpyx Lab app.
