About

TMS Toolbox

Features

TMS Tools is a suite of computational aids for transcranial magnetic stimulation research and clinical training. Every calculation runs on your device — no account, no internet connection, and no data leaves the phone. FOUR TOOLS MTAT — Motor Threshold (Maximum-Likelihood) Maximum-likelihood motor-threshold estimation with confidence intervals, implementing four parameter-estimation methods: estimation without a priori information, estimation constrained to the 20–80% MSO range, refinement of a raw estimate, and confirmation of an existing estimate. Adaptive PEST Non-parametric staircase motor-threshold estimation using PEST step rules, for situations where a distribution-free approach is preferred. Beam F3 — Left DLPFC Scalp-measurement localizer for the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, using head circumference, nasion–inion and tragus–tragus measurements to produce X/Y coordinates. EZ-EEG 10-20 System Interactive 10-20 scalp targeting with centimetre-distance guidance from the vertex. BUILT FOR THE LAB AND THE CLINIC • Works entirely offline — nothing to configure before a session • Session logs can be saved to your device and retrieved through the Files app • Published method citations included in full under Credits • No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts INTENDED USERS TMS Tools is intended exclusively for trained TMS researchers, clinicians, and technicians qualified to administer TMS and interpret its results. It is not intended for use by patients, or by anyone without appropriate training in TMS technique, motor-threshold determination, and scalp-based cortical localization. IMPORTANT TMS Tools is an educational, research, and calculation aid. It is not a medical device, and it is not cleared, approved, or registered as one by the FDA or any other regulatory authority. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decision-making. Every value it produces must be independently verified by a qualified professional before being acted upon. Xeebrah · info@xeebrah.com
