GalixiCom is the messaging app for the Galixsys Communicator Platform. Instead of sending every conversation to a centralized messaging provider, GalixiCom connects you to communities ("Worlds") that are hosted by people and organizations you trust using GalixiHub. Because each World is independently hosted, there is no single platform provider collecting everyone's conversations into one massive repository that can be analyzed, monetized, or used for AI training. GalixiCom delivers the familiar messaging experience people expect while giving communities greater ownership over their communications. For users and organizations that want greater control over their communications and who don't want their conversations becoming part of a centralized data repository, GalixiCom offers a different model. To begin messaging, or prompt the local AI, join an existing GalixiHub World or create your own. In order to use GalixiCom to message, someone would need to setup an instance of GalixiHub to form a “world” or community. Each instance of GalixiHub is its own world, and a user of GalixiCom can join multiple worlds. Setup of a world via GalixiHub is intended to be accessible to anyone with a basic understand of network administration. A user who has hosted an on-line game on their computer should have the expertise to setup their own World. Before installing GalixiCom, PLEASE make sure there is an instance ofGalixiHub that has been setup to join. Without a known instance of GalixiHub to join, there is no value in installing GalixiCom.
