Multitone Messenger Multitone Messenger provides all the features and advantages of publicly available chat apps with extra functionality, making it suitable for emergency service and business use by enhancing security, improving oversight and adding features, which take it far beyond a simple messaging app. Messenger is ideal for a number of applications - a collaborative tool for clinical staff in hospitals, enables security teams to share video or photograph images or keep on and off-site colleagues in touch, wherever present in the world. Multitone Messenger requires Multitone i-Message offered as a secure cloud service, on-premises or cloud/hybrid solution. Key features - Secure one-to-one and chat messaging - Dedicated contact list: name, job title or department - Select message priority with silent, DND override for emergency alerts - Major incident management response and availability - Variable status, ensuring colleagues know your availability - Delivery and read receipts - Image, video and document sharing - 3/4/5G and Wi-Fi compatible - Fully compliant with relevant laws & regulations - Integrated with the Multitone messaging ecosystem for administration, backup and audit - Available as a cloud service, on-premises or cloud/hybrid solution - If on-premises, can operate over LAN without external internet connection Message status The ability to track message status from ‘device acknowledgement’ upon message delivery to ‘read receipt’ and ‘user acknowledgement’, this guarantees that important communications never go unanswered. Message priority It is possible to set the priority level of messages: communications sent at emergency priority will automatically override silent or do not disturb settings. In addition, the Multitone ecosystem will send messages via all designated contact methods for that user - SMS, paging call and email. Emergency messages can be received, even if the phone is in silent mode, meaning Multitone Messenger can complement or replace pagers for critical messaging. Major incident management Multitone Messenger integrates with Multitone Major Incident management system enabling rapid response and mobilisation across the whole organisation, specific departments and specialism’s ensuring the right people are alerted at the right time, making sure they get to the right place. User status With the Multitone Messenger status indicator, including “available”, “do not disturb” and “absent” settings, you can instantly see who is and is not available. Crucially, whatever your status, this setting never prevents critical messages from reaching you. Secure & GDPR compliant Multitone Messenger is designed to be the safest communications platform possible: allowing you to share sensitive internal reports, medical photos and other confidential files without fear of data being compromised. Data stored within the app cannot be accessed by other apps, transferred to internal storage or shared outside the Multitone ecosystem. Monitored network A powerful feature is its use of a fully monitored network connection. If a smartphone utilising the Multitone Messenger app should go offline due to poor coverage, messages sent during this period will not be lost: The system stores them so that once coverage is re-established, any missed messages are automatically re-sent. AES256 Encryption All data transmitted and stored within the Multitone ecosystem is end-to-end encrypted using AES256, as is data held on devices. The app features two-factor authentication, if the device is lost or stolen, access and details of the device can be revoked immediately, protecting sensitive data.

Marshal Eye provides a solution to a modern-day problem in Workplaces. Many organisations provide flexible working arrangements for staff, making it very difficult to plan your Fire Marshal cover. The App allows your team to select an area or role at the point of a fire event, this is done digitally on the phone or tablet, it will let everyone else on the Fire Response Team see that you have selected it. The Areas, Tasks and Roles are set up by the person who is responsible for the fire strategy so it is bespoke for you building. An Incident Manager can see an overview of all roles as they change colour, with the colour coded traffic light system. User can opt in to a role or any fire response function they have been approved perform. Your resilience problem is solved, it doesn’t matter if people are in a different location or even off the site because it works on an ‘opt in’ principle, you will always have cover. Walking routes and notes can be added so staff know what is expected of them. Your Administrator can include additional actions for each role to ensure that nothing is forgotten, examples might include adding ‘pick up visitors log’ to the task of sweeping the ground floor. Live Messaging - This key feature allows the team to be in touch. When fire alarms activate there is an ‘information vacuum’ and people can often be unsure whether to start evacuation. Live messaging will give instant information for all users allowing decisions to be made, it will allow incidents to conclude more quickly, minimising disruption and associated costs and the impact of false alarms. Time stamping - Every role or task that is claimed and completed is time stamped. This allows you to assess how effective the fire response was. It will also include messages exchanged during the event, creating a full chronological report for debrief and audit purposes. Notifications are built into the App to allow key information to be shared across the fire response team. Fire Safety Issues can be easily reported through the App by all users with minimum fuss. These are recorded in the admin dashboard. In addition admins can check a box to have email alerts sent to selected people to ensure they are actioned. Never will you worry that someone can’t reset the fire panel because they are not sure of the PIN number you add all information against each task that is relevant, you can easily add additional roles in the dashboard for example you may have a Wheelchair user in the premises, simply create the task in the dashboard and decide which users can access that role on their App.
