Denk aan: toolbox, MOS (melding oveilige situatie), LMRA (laatste minuut risicoanalyse), WPI (werkplekinspectie), projectplan, werkbon, HVAC, inspectie van de post, onderhoud, inspectie, registratie, verslag,… Facilicom Forms app helpt jou bij het digitaliseren van documenten en het vereenvoudigen van invulformulieren. Je kan o.a. je handtekening, je locatie en foto’s toevoegen. Het formulier of document komt automatisch bij de juiste persoon terecht. Alle divisies vinden hun documenten en formulieren hierin terug: Gom, Prorest, Trigion, Facilicom Solutions, Facilicom Hard Services, Facilicom Reception Services, Facilicom Airport Services.

This app can do everything around the actions and notifications part of GRIP Facility. - Communicate with all stakeholders within a facility contract. - Easily add self notification categories. - Define default titles and default descriptions. Everyone within a facility contract can work with this, this is the latest way of recording and communication within a cleaning contract.
