Know your limit. Own your night. We use a medically-informed algorithm — designed alongside doctors — to estimate your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) in real time, based on your weight, gender, drinks consumed, food intake and fatigue. How it works Enter what you're drinking and we do the math. Your BAC updates as the night progresses, giving you a clear picture of where you stand — green, yellow, or red. What is BAC? Blood Alcohol Content is the percentage of alcohol in your bloodstream. It peaks 30–70 minutes after drinking. Despite what you've heard, nothing lowers BAC except time — not coffee, not cold showers, not water. We'll tell you exactly when you're clear. What you get - Real-time BAC tracking with a traffic light system - Notifications when you're fit to drive again - Hydration reminders to stay ahead of the hangover - Hangover predictions so you know what tomorrow looks like - Multiple user profiles — track the whole group - A calendar view of your drinking habits over time - A home screen widget so your BAC is always one glance away - A full drink library plus custom drink builder A word of honesty Everyone metabolizes alcohol differently. This app gives you a well-informed estimate — not a guarantee. Never use it as the sole basis for deciding to drive. I built this because I believe people make better choices when they have better information. Consider this your smarter drinking companion, not a substitute for medical advice.

Permille keeps track of what you drink — and how it affects you. Use it for alcohol only, for caffeine only, or for both. It follows your lead: drink coffee in the morning and you see the caffeine reading. Go out at night and you see your blood-alcohol level. Do both and you see both, side by side. ALCOHOL IN VIEW • Blood-alcohol estimate using the Widmark formula — with a traffic-light status and estimated time back to 0.0 ‰. • The value rises gradually while you drink and comes down naturally — across midnight, too. • Water guidance: alcohol is dehydrating — the app shows how much water still helps and gently reminds you. • When it gets heavy, you get tips for getting home safely. CAFFEINE IN VIEW • How much caffeine is in you right now — calculated from its half-life, not just added up. • The answer that matters: when you can fall asleep well again, and when it has fully worn off. • A heads-up when you go past the 400 mg daily guideline. • Coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, matcha, tea, cola, mate and the common energy drinks in the usual sizes — each with and without sugar. BOTH TOGETHER • Vodka Energy or an Espresso Martini? The app works out alcohol and caffeine separately from the same drink. • Worth knowing: caffeine masks tiredness, not the alcohol. The app says so whenever both are in play. • A coffee never counts as alcohol — your dry days and stamp card stay untouched. ALSO INSIDE • Daily totals: alcohol, caffeine, sugar, calories and cost. • Mixer: build your own drinks from an ingredient library and see every value live. • History & stats: your evening's curve, weekly and monthly figures, spending and patterns. • Optional breathalyzer cross-check, Apple Health sync and Home/Lock-Screen widgets. OUT TOGETHER • Friends round with a six-character code: see each other's drinks, estimated blood alcohol and water. • “Look after …”: a heads-up when someone is estimated to have drunk a lot or quickly. • “I'm home” – your round sees a house next to your name. • Several rounds at once, and after the trip a recap stays on your iPhone. MINDFUL, NOT ENCOURAGING Permille is built for harm reduction: water, breaks and nutrition transparency come first. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Your entries are stored on your iPhone. Only if you join a friends round do you share your status with it via iCloud – and only while you're in it. Members keep a recap of the round on their iPhone afterwards. No account, no ads. Anonymous usage statistics (can be turned off) help improve the app. IMPORTANT Blood-alcohol and caffeine values are rough estimates, NOT a measuring device. Use at your own risk, without warranty. Never use it as a basis for driving — 0.0 ‰ always applies behind the wheel. It does not replace medical advice. For adults only. Excessive alcohol consumption harms your health.
