Verdict
MyTpi and First Tee both sit at 3.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 57% of MyTpi's written reviews are positive against 0% of First Tee's. MyTpi also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). First Tee's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
