About

OpData

Features

OpData-Drive is a logbook for doctors who operate or perform procedures. After each case you fill in a short form on your phone. The app keeps all your cases in one place, counts them for you and can write them to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with Apple or Google, then choose your specialty and title. 2. After a case, tap New Operation and fill in the form: patient initials, age, sex, diagnosis, procedure and the details your specialty needs. 3. Your home screen, calendar and statistics update at once. Your logbook is ready whenever you need it for training records, a CV or an academic application. FORMS FOR 19 SPECIALTIES Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Emergency Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Dentistry and Pediatrics. Each form speaks the language of its specialty: target structure, classification, procedure type, implant and graft options change with your specialty. You can hide the fields you do not use. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Enter cases in the operating room without a signal. They sync in the background when you are back online. YOUR NUMBERS AT A GLANCE (PREMIUM) Today, this week, this month and this year; a calendar of every case; your most frequent diagnoses and procedures. Ask the ODD Statistics Assistant a question in plain words, such as "How many cases did I log this month?" YOUR OWN GOOGLE SHEET (PREMIUM) Link your Google account and every case is written to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. The sheet belongs to you: download it, share it or analyze it any time. TEAM (PREMIUM) Add the colleagues who scrubbed in as team members of the case. The record also appears in their logbook. PRIVACY AND SECURITY No patient names are collected. Only initials can be entered, and the field enforces this. Records on your device are encrypted with SQLCipher and every transfer to the server uses TLS. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. FREE AND PREMIUM Logging cases is free, and the free logbook shows your last 7 days. Premium adds statistics, the assistant, your Google Sheet, team sharing and your full history. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. A 7-day free trial starts when you link your Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. IMPORTANT OpData-Drive is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is a logbook that lets healthcare professionals keep their own case records. You are responsible for following your institution's privacy rules and the applicable regulations when you enter patient data.
