Verdict
The clearest difference is price: 乐来 at Free against Hearing PRO's $1.99. 乐来 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.9) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 32 months). Hearing PRO's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
