See your whole day as a timeline instead of a list. Give each task a time, a length, a color and an icon, and watch the day take shape — including the gaps you actually have. SPEAK YOUR DAY Say "gym at 9 for an hour, then lunch at noon" and get tasks with times, durations and titles filled in. Speech is processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is saved until you review it and tap Apply. A VISUAL TIMELINE • Your day from morning to night, at a glance • Color-coded tasks with icons and durations • A live line showing where you are right now • Week view to see what is coming CAPTURE NOW, PLAN LATER • An Inbox for thoughts that do not have a time yet • Move them into the day when they fit • Reusable templates for days that repeat FOCUS • Focus sessions drawn straight from your plan • Choose 15, 25, 45, 60 minutes or your own • Sessions survive closing the app END THE DAY WELL • Close the day and move what is unfinished to tomorrow in one tap • Everything keeps its time of day • Undo if you change your mind SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES • A week of your own patterns • How much you planned against how much fits • No streaks to protect, no guilt WIDGETS AND WATCH • Home Screen widgets in small, medium and large • Lock Screen widgets for what is next • An Apple Watch app for today's plan on your wrist PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account. Nothing to sign up for. • Your planner stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud Sync • Calendar access is read-only and optional • No third-party analytics, no advertising, no tracking ELEGANT PLANNER PRO Pro adds planning that thinks ahead: calendar-aware planning, Repair My Day, Voice Planning, Weekly Review, Advanced Filters, Bulk Actions and Custom Repeat.
