Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: PerformaX Elite at 100% against YLOH's 0%. PerformaX Elite also leads on device support (3 vs 1). YLOH's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
YLOH holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YLOH has 33 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of PerformaX Elite's written reviews are positive against 0% of YLOH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PerformaX Elite ships an update every 5 months, YLOH monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
